HotDocs Online is a web-based version of award-winning HotDocs document
automation software except that HotDocs Online uses a standard web browser to
gather answers. Those answers are then used to assemble documents from HotDocs
templates stored on the server.
For example, a human resources department may take HotDocs
automated forms and integrate them into their Intranet or Internet site using HotDocs Online.
Employees within that company could go to the site, select a form to fill out, enter the required
information, and submit the form to the appropriate HR representative -- all from their web browser.
Depending on specifications set by the web administrator, employees could also print a copy of the finished
document from the web server, download the document to their hard drive, store their submitted answers
on the web server or store the answers on their computer. Later, they could use those answers
